How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gift sooner for a specific anniversary or birthday.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our products are custom-made to your specific coordinates and dates, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we will send a replacement immediately.
Is the star name officially recognized by NASA?
No, star naming through private companies is symbolic and for novelty purposes. While it is not used for scientific identification by NASA or the IAU, it remains a unique and sentimental way to honor a loved one.
